Authentic Austria – what a feeling!
What makes a winter holiday in Austria so unique? The secret lies in the locals, their lifestyle, and what they like to call the Austrian “Lebensgefühl,” or attitude to life.
Austria is renowned for its world class winter sports facilities and breath-taking panoramic Alpine views. But what truly sets Austria apart is the people you encounter and their unique perspective on life. They invite you to embrace their “Lebensgefühl” and experience winter like a true Austrian in St. Johann in Salzburg.
St. Johann in Salzburg is located in the heart of the SalzburgerLand, about 45 minutes from Salzburg Airport.
St. Johann offers everything from unbeatable skiing to tobogganing, snowshoe hiking, and horse-drawn sleigh rides through stunning winter landscapes. But the town also has an incredible range of activities away from the slopes. St. Johann’s central location and close proximity to the cultural capital of Salzburg, together with the charming, small-town character of the resort itself, combines the best of both city vibes and mountain lifestyles. Whatever your interests, every guest will find a way to winter like an Austrian and find their own Lebensgefühl!
